WELCOME… We are happy that you are here... Here's a little bit about who we are... We are a "band of brothers and sisters" who have come from very different backgrounds and families. But basically we do have some things in common... * We have all at one time or another found our lives out of control. We were all consumed, addicted and ruled by some thing, thought, or behavior. * We have cried for help to God and have found that help in new life and a new relationship with Jesus Christ. * We have a desire to learn to grow in this new life and relationship and to know HIM increasingly more. We want to Walk Worthy! If you have any of the above things in common with us (or even if you don't) we are glad that you are here. May the Lord touch you as you do... We are present on the net for anyone who would want to use us. We would consider it a privilege to walk the journey of life together with you. We are also present in person: We meet every Wednesday Night at 7:00 pm at Soul Cafe 1211 E. Cherry Street Springfield, MO 65802 WE ARE ALSO AVAILABLE ON THE PHONE FOR ANYONE WHO HAS QUESTIONS OR JUST NEEDS TO TALK - DON 417-300-3612 OR SONDRA 417-883-4255

GROW! - By Don Davis

God gave us a free will .
The ability to choose.
We can choose to grow spiritually or not.
The choice is ours,
God isn’t going to force feed us.
God knows what is best for us;
Through His Love letter (the Bible)
He gives directions & warnings.

Romans 12:2 (New Living Translation) Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

James 4:8 (New Living Translation) Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world.

John 8:31 (New Living Translation) Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. 32 And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Philippians 4:6-7 (New Living Translation) 6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
